We created a black-and-white mining-photo mural for a training room at Hunter Valley Operations. The long collage brought together photographs of mine workers, equipment and site scenes, arranged as one feature above the room’s tables and chairs.
The wall graphic was just over eight metres wide. We prepared the existing images to suit the wall, printed the artwork in seven sections and finished the prints with a UV-protective matte laminate before installation. The job specification called for high-tack adhesive vinyl.
Separate cut-vinyl branding and values graphics were installed on another wall in the room. Together, the two walls gave the training space a clear connection to the people and work of the mine.
