What’s covered
- Lifting or peeling of the vinyl
- Bubbling or edge failure from installation
- Workmanship faults in how the wrap or sign was applied
What’s not covered
- ·Damage from high-pressure hoses or automatic brush car washes
- ·Abrasive cleaners, polishes or waxes not made for vinyl
- ·Accident, collision or vandalism damage
- ·Failing or cracked paint underneath
- ·Normal UV fade over the life of the wrap, especially on horizontal panels

Warranty & care questions
How long does a vehicle wrap last?
With proper care, a high-quality cast vinyl wrap lasts 5–7 years. Washing by hand and garaging the vehicle helps it last longer.
Can the wrap be removed later?
Yes. Our wraps can be safely removed without damaging the original paint, provided the paint was in good condition when the wrap was applied.
How should I care for my vehicle wrap?
Hand wash with a mild, non-abrasive detergent and a soft cloth. Avoid high-pressure washes and waxing.
Will removing old vinyl leave marks on my paint?
Vinyl that has been on a vehicle for under about 4 years normally removes cleanly with no sign of fading. Older film (5+ years) can sometimes leave faint marks, which we do our best to buff out.
How is vinyl removal priced?
We give an estimate per job. If removal takes longer than estimated, the extra time is charged at our hourly rate. Older, sun-hardened film takes longer to remove.
