For Port of Newcastle's sponsor box at McDonald Jones Stadium, we printed and installed a harbour panorama featuring a cargo ship at sunset. The photograph carries the port's working waterfront into the hospitality room, with the stadium visible through the windows alongside it.
Before the full graphic went into production, we produced two sample prints. One was a close-up detail to check the image resolution; the other was a colour test. That gave us a way to look at the detail and colour in print before producing the complete wall graphic.
We printed the final artwork in five sections on high-tack vinyl and finished it with a matte laminate. The panels were fitted across the wall and around the existing bulkhead. The finished installation follows the room's changing wall height while keeping the ship and sunset together as one continuous scene.
